ADNOC Gas is a leading integrated gas processing company and a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Officially operational since January 1, 2023, it was formed through the consolidation of ADNOC Gas Processing, ADNOC LNG, and ADNOC Industrial Gas. The company is the largest offshore oil and gas producer in the UAE, handling about half of Abu Dhabi's total oil production capacity and boasting over 10 billion cubic feet per day of raw gas processing capacity.

ADNOC Gas operates across the entire downstream gas processing spectrum, converting raw gas into valuable products such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), paraffinic naphtha, and sulfur. It supplies around 60% of the UAE�s gas needs and exports to over 20 countries, focusing on emerging economies in Asia. The company plays a crucial role in supporting the UAE�s energy ecosystem and contributes to global energy transition efforts by providing low-emission natural gas.
