ANCAP (Administraci�n Nacional de Combustibles, Alcohol y Portland) is a state-owned company in Uruguay, established in 1931. It is a leader in the country's fuel market and plays a vital role in the energy sector. ANCAP focuses on the production, refining, and distribution of petroleum products, as well as the production of Portland cement and alcoholic beverages. The company operates Uruguay's only oil refinery in La Teja, Montevideo, with a refining capacity of about 600 m� per day.
