Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) is a South Korean government-owned company focused on generating electricity through nuclear and hydroelectric power. Established in 2001 as a subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), KHNP operates a diverse fleet of power plants, including 24 nuclear plants, 37 hydroelectric plants, and 32 renewable energy facilities. The company has a total facility capacity of approximately 28,607 MW and contributes about 31.56% of South Korea's electric power supply.

KHNP manages significant nuclear power operations, utilizing advanced reactor technologies like the OPR 1000. The company also oversees hydroelectric and pumped-storage facilities, enhancing renewable energy production and grid stability. KHNP primarily supplies electricity to the South Korean national grid, serving the general public and various industries. With a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability, KHNP plays a vital role in the country's energy landscape.
