National Refinery Limited (NRL) is a leading oil refinery company based in Karachi, Pakistan, established in 1963. It is the second largest refinery in the country by crude oil processing capacity and uniquely produces both fuel products and lube base oils. NRL operates as a public limited company and is a subsidiary of the Attock Group, which took management control in 2005.

The refinery complex includes three refineries, with a combined capacity of approximately 24.57 million barrels per annum. NRL manufactures a diverse range of petroleum products, including motor gasoline, kerosene, high-speed diesel, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), asphalts, and lubricants. These products cater to various sectors such as transportation, aviation, and industrial markets.
