Nayara Energy is an Indo-Russian downstream oil company that operates the Vadinar refinery in Gujarat, India. This facility is the second-largest single-site refinery in the country, with a capacity of about 20 million metric tons per year. The refinery processes various types of crude oil and produces Euro-grade petroleum products, including high-speed diesel, sulfur, bitumen, pet coke, and fly ash.
