PRefChem is a joint venture between PETRONAS of Malaysia and Saudi Aramco of Saudi Arabia. It operates the Refinery and Petrochemical Complex within the Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor, Malaysia. The company employs over 2,060 people and runs one of the largest petrochemical complexes in the country.

The refinery has a capacity of 300,000 barrels of crude oil per day, producing refined petroleum products such as jet fuel, motor gasoline, and diesel that meet Euro 5 specifications. Additionally, the petrochemical complex has a nameplate capacity of 3.4 million metric tonnes per annum, producing key products like ethylene, propylene, and benzene, with a total capacity of about 2.5 million tonnes per annum. PRefChem focuses on safety and sustainability while serving clients in the energy and petrochemical sectors.
