PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (PT KPI) is a strategic refining and petrochemical subholding company under PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas corporation. Established on November 13, 2017, PT KPI focuses on managing and developing investments in petroleum processing and petrochemical megaprojects. The company aims to convert crude oil and other raw materials into high-value products, including fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

PT KPI operates six major oil refineries in Dumai, Plaju, Cilacap, Balikpapan, Balongan, and Kasim, with a combined processing capacity of approximately 1.033 million barrels per day. The company oversees significant projects such as the New Grass Root Refinery (NGRR) in Tuban and the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) at the Balikpapan refinery, which has increased its capacity to 360,000 barrels per day. PT KPI also engages in sustainability initiatives, promoting sustainable energy in local communities. The company serves both domestic and international markets, contributing to Indonesia's energy security and economic development.
