STEG Tunisie, established in 1962, is a public utility company in Tunisia responsible for the production, transport, and distribution of electricity and natural gas. Headquartered in Tunis, it operates as a state-owned entity and is one of the largest companies in the country by revenue. STEG's mission focuses on ensuring nationwide electrification, developing the natural gas network, and maintaining energy infrastructure.

The company manages a diverse portfolio of power plants, including combined cycle, steam, gas turbine, hydraulic, and wind facilities, with a total capacity of approximately 3,526 MW. STEG also oversees the production and distribution of natural gas and LPG throughout Tunisia.
